Roxanne M. Jolicoeur joined Berding & Weil LLP in 1996 as Disclosure Coordinator before taking over the position of Marketing Director in 1997. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jolicoeur spent eleven years in commercial and residential real estate management. Ms. Jolicoeur has been instrumental in helping develop, implement and administer the growth of the firm's commercial real estate department. She directs the firm's overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. She is responsible for crafting and implementing business development strategies and tools that will allow the firm to enhance relationships and revenues with current and prospective clients. She oversees media and public relations as well as on-going market research, database analysis, trade show and event planning.

Ms. Jolicoeur graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior.

She is an active member of such industry trade groups as the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), where she was past chair of the Programs Committee for the San Francisco chapter. She also co-chaired the San Francisco Fire Fighters Toy Drive committee for two years. Ms. Jolicoeur is a former Board of Directors member of the Union Square Association and is active in such organizations that include the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Legal Marketing Association (LMA) where she resides on their Programs Committee, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), East Bay CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) where she resides on their Programs Committee and the Association of Legal Administrators.
