Robyn Evans is a Certified Litigation Paralegal with over 15 years of legal experience. Since joining the firm in 1999, she has been responsible for legal work related to class action litigation, and construction defect litigation. Before joining Berding & Weil, Robyn worked for Plaintiffs on the Phen-Fen Class Action Litigation, and prior to that she worked for Plaintiffs on the Breast Implant Class Action Litigation.

Robyn received her Certified Litigation Specialist Certificate from the National Association for Legal Assistants in 1998, and her Certified Legal Assistant Certificate from the National Association for Legal Assistants in 1994.

Robyn received her Associate Degree in the Legal Administration/Paralegal Program from Morrison College in Reno, Nevada, in 1990. Robyn is an active member of the National Association for Legal Assistants. Robyn is also an active Paralegal Affiliate member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
