Marilyn O'Keeffe has over 22 years of legal experience, 15 of which have been as a Paralegal. She has worked in the areas of general litigation, redevelopment and land use, real estate and probate and estate planning. Marilyn joined Berding & Weil in 2004 and works primarily with Robert J. Silverman, Esq., in the estate planning, trust administration and probate department. Prior to her joining the firm, Marilyn worked for a sole practitioner in Walnut Creek and for firms in Oakland and San Francisco specializing in litigation, estate planning and probate.

She earned her Paralagal Certificate from San Francisco State University and is also a notary public.
