Marian Rigney-Hawksworth is a Certified Paralegal with nearly 8 years of experience. Marian joined Berding & Weil in 2000 but left the following year to start her family. She returned to Berding & Weil in January of 2005.

Her experience includes complex litigation, class action, commercial real estate and product liability. Presently she is assisting the Construction Defect Litigation teams.

Marian received her Paralegal Certificate from St. Mary's College in 1998.

Marian is an active member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.
