Karen Davis is a Certified Paralegal with over 10 years litigation, pre-trial, trial and corporate & transactional experience.

Karen's prior experience includes commercial real estate litigation, asbestos defense litigation, construction defect, corporate and technology and general civil litigation. Presently she is a Legal Assistant on our litigation team.

Karen received her paralegal certificate from California State University and is an active member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, member of the Mt. Diablo Legal Professionals and a voting member of the American Alliance of Paralegals.
