As a Senior Managing Paralegal/Case Analyst of Berding & Weil's Litigation team, Elizabeth has brought with her over 18 years of experience in the area of Construction Defect Litigation.

Her responsibilities include the management and training of the firm's paralegal/case analyst team as well as other litigation support staff. Elizabeth is actively involved in the firms out of state cases in Hawaii.

She has been with the firm since 1994. Previous to joining Berding & Weil, Elizabeth worked for eight years as a Paralegal with a San Jose Insurance Defense firm. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from San Jose State University and a Paralegal Certificate from Santa Clara University.
