Christie is a Certified Paralegal with 15 years litigation experience, including complex litigation, class action and construction defect. She first joined Berding & Weil in 2000 where her focus was on the firm's construction defect cases in Nevada and Arizona. She came back to the firm in February 2010 after returning to the Bay Area. Christie's legal experience includes, construction defect, construction litigation, real estate, business, class action, employment, civil rights and family law. She also worked for a construction company for three years reviewing and editing contracts, proposals, etc., and bookkeeping duties.

Christie received her Paralegal Certificate from Skyline College in 1994. She received her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Speech & Communications focusing on public/political speaking and debate from San Francisco State University.
