Tyler Berding, founding partner of Berding & Weil LLP, has represented the commercial and residential real estate industry for more than 31 years. His special expertise has been in building product liability and construction defects. He specializes in representing building owners and investors.

Mr. Berding founded Berding & Weil LLP along with his partner Steven Weil in 1988. He has participated throughout the years in the development of legislation affecting both commercial and residential real estate issues with legislators in Sacramento. He has frequently testified before legislative committees and has served as a member of the California Department of Real Estate's Task Force.
