Sarah H. Jenkins

Sarah Jenkins joined Berding & Weil in 2011. She practices in the corporate and business law department, specializing in real property and common interest development law with a particular focus on the interpretation and the amendment of governing documents for community associations, as well as on the GovDoc Project, Berding & Weil's initiative to improve the process and the product quality for associations in need of updated governing documents.
Prior to joining Berding & Weil, Mrs. Jenkins practiced transactional real estate law at Sirkin & Associates in San Francisco, where she counseled clients on real estate matters related to condominium and Tenancy-in-Common developments, entity formation and maintenance, mortgage lending, and administrative law.
Mrs. Jenkins received her Juris Doctor in 2005 from the University of San Francisco, School of Law and undergraduate degree in 1996 from Washington University in St. Louis where she studied Psychology and Fine Arts.
