Partner Robin Day joined Berding & Weil LLP in 1997 and has distinguished herself as a litigation attorney dealing with complex construction defect and general community association representation cases. Ms. Day brings to her practice 16 years of experience as a litigation assistant in general civil litigation.

Ms. Day received her Juris Doctor from San Francisco Law School in 1997 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Earlham College in Indiana.

Ms. Day is a member of the State Bar of California.

Ms. Day is a member of the bay area chapter of CAI and regularly attends their trade group functions.
