Mr. Silverman, in his fifteenth year of practice, handles the firm's trust and estates practice, in which he works on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and other trust matters. His emphasis is on assisting clients in planning their estates in a manner that maximizes their wealth preservation and enhancement, and eliminates or minimizes taxes and estate administration costs. Mr. Silverman also provides service to clients in connection with real estate purchase & sale transactions, equity share (aka joint ownership) agreements, business entity formation (e.g. Corporations and LLC's), and a broad variety of real estate and business matters. Mr. Silverman's invaluable real estate and business background enables him to deliver practical, efficient advice and service to his clients.

Mr. Silverman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California at Davis. He received his law degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He was formerly a partner of the law firm of Silverman & Silverman in Alameda, California.

Mr. Silverman has been a licensed CA real estate broker for approximately 25 years; is a member of the Contra Costa Bar Association and Alameda County Bar Association; and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Diablo Valley and the East Bay Estate Planning Council.
