Randolph M. Paul

Randy Paul is a litigation principal and member of the Executive Committee of Berding & Weil. He brings to the firm thirty years of experience as a trial attorney. He has been awarded an "AV" rating by Martindale Hubbell and has been named Northern California SuperLawyer 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Mr. Paul has represented a wide range of clients in cases involving highly complex technical and legal issues. The scopes of these matters include professional liability, construction defects, real estate, toxic liability and class actions.
In recent years, Mr. Paul's practice has focused on the representation of property owners in large scale construction defect litigation throughout California and other states. This representation has included advising clients on ancillary issues involving post-litigation reconstruction, contract administration and disclosure requirements.
