Jordan Rojas joined the litigation department of Berding & Weil in 2009. She represents commercial real estate owners, community associations, and individual homeowners in complex construction defect and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Berding & Weil LLP, Ms. Rojas practiced at Long & Levit LLP in San Francisco, California with an emphasis in professional liability litigation. Ms. Rojas represented design professionals as well as other subcontractors in construction-related litigation. Ms. Rojas is also experienced in employment litigation.

Ms. Rojas graduated cum laude and received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2004, where she served as Managing Editor of the American Journal of Law & Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University in 2000.
