Jordan M. Rojas

Jordan Rojas joined the litigation department of Berding & Weil in 2009. Ms. Rojas represents commercial real estate owners, community associations, and individual homeowners in complex construction defect, condominium conversion, insurance coverage and commercial litigation. This representation includes advising clients on pre-litigation dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and formal litigation of water intrusion, structural, geotechnical, civil, mechanical, acoustical, landscaping and insurance coverage issues. Ms. Rojas additionally assists common interest development associations on general matters, including governing document analysis and interpretation and drafting and administering contracts for maintenance, repair and reconstruction of common area and separate interest property.
Prior to joining Berding & Weil LLP, Ms. Rojas practiced at Long & Levit LLP in San Francisco, California with an emphasis in professional liability litigation. Ms. Rojas represented design professionals as well as other contractors in construction-related litigation. Ms. Rojas also represented clients in employment and legal malpractice litigation.
Ms. Rojas graduated cum laude and received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2004, where she served as Managing Editor of the American Journal of Law & Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University in 2000.
