Associate Hallie N. Bennett joined the litigation department of Berding & Weil in 2007. Ms. Bennett represents individual homeowners, common interest developments and commercial real estate owners in complex construction defect actions.

Ms. Bennett received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University, SOL in 2006, where she was an Emery Scholar, a competitor on the Honors Moot Court team and received the Pro Bono award for her work with Amnesty International. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1995.
