Elizabeth Bassett joined the litigation department of Berding & Weil in 2005.
She represents commercial real estate owners, community associations, and individual homeowners in complex construction defect and commercial litigation throughout California and Nevada.

Ms. Bassett received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2003, where she served as an Articles Editor of the UC Davis Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2000.
