Andrea L. O'Toole

Andrea O’Toole joined Berding & Weil in 2006. She practices in the corporate and business law department, specializing in real property and common interest development law.
Prior to joining Berding & Weil, Ms. O’Toole practiced in Lafayette and San Francisco, where she represented property owners, business owners and individuals at federal, state and local levels in matters involving toxics cleanups, civil penalty proceedings, and water, groundwater & air pollution as well as counseling clients on the environmental aspects of real estate transactions.
Ms. O’Toole received her Juris Doctor in 2004 from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was the recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards for Legal Research and Writing and Legal Ethics. While in law school, Ms. O’Toole clerked for the Marin County District Attorneys Office and studied at the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. She received her Bachelor of Science from the California State University at Hayward, where she majored in Criminal Justice and completed a minor in Political Science.
Ms. O’Toole is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association where she sits on the Editorial Board and is Co-Chair of the Barristers Section.
